Velotric Discover 1 review: A premium-feeling ebike at a not-so-premium price

I tend to gravitate toward ebikes that are light and nimble. I like ebikes that feel more like regular bikes, especially those that use torque sensors for the smoothest pedaling experience. The Velotric Discover 1 isn’t quite that. But for an MSRP of $1,899 (currently on sale for $1,399), it’s a pretty sweet ride in an accessible form factor and a strong first entry for a new company entering a crowded ebike market.
